Aizada Galiyeva was born into a dynasty of oil workers and already in childhood she knew what profession she would choose in the future. After graduating fr om school, she entered the Kazakh National Technical University in Almaty, majoring in “Chemical Technology of Organic Substances,” wh ere she received a bachelor’s degree in 2012.

“We all work in the oil and gas industry. Since childhood, I only saw oil workers and talked with oil workers. I got a job at KPI as an engineer in the Production Management Service on February 20, 2023. I control the consumption rate, the actual consumption of reagents and packaging material. At work you have to solve many different problems. At the same time, our work is interesting and challenging,” she says.

Aizada and her colleagues have been attending a free English course organized with the support of the company for several months now. And she notes that the course helps not only to learn the language, but also to strengthen our relationships with colleagues outside of work.

“KPI attaches great importance to the development and advanced training of specialists. In addition, the company pays for my two-year-old daughter to attend kindergarten. The support that the company provides us allows us to develop further and achieve more. I have little free time, but on weekends I also attend courses aimed at developing technical and software capabilities,” adds Aizada Yerlanovna.
