The Compliance Service/Function is responsible for compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements and best international practices on anti-corruption issues and the formation of an internal corporate culture to ensure transparency, honesty among employees, as well as creating conditions for doing business in accordance with the best international standards, internal policies and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

KMG's compliance system ensures that the company's activities comply with legislation, industry standards and other mandatory requirements. Its elements are integrated into the company's activities. The principles of honest and ethical business conduct are enshrined in the Code of Corporate Ethics of Ethics. The document contains a basic set of standards and requirements for all employees.
